Job summary

Resolv Global in the Philippines is hiring a GIS Specialist to manage customer orders for satellite imagery and geospatial data. This fully remote, independent-contractor role requires strong English and problem-solving skills.

You will coordinate projects with customers, partners, and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. The schedule aligns with CET time and European operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and project requests from submission through delivery.
• Communicate with customers via email and provide timely updates on status.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure completion.
• Track multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Investigate issues, gather information, and identify solutions for customers.
• Maintain documentation related to customer requests.
