Job summary

Webcast Technologies Inc. is seeking a proactive Business Development Officer in Manila to drive growth in GIS and license reselling. You will lead strategic lead generation and manage the full customer lifecycle from initial contact to renewal.

The role requires strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills, plus fluency in English and Filipino, to engage with technical and executive stakeholders and close complex deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geodetic Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.
• 6 months to 2 years in sales, preferably in technical GIS or geo-location services.
• Familiarity with GIS products and Google Maps license terms.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent English and Filipino written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Growth: Identify and generate leads for GIS and licenses reselling opportunities while staying updated on industry trends.
• Close Complex Deals: Draft proposals, conduct tailored product presentations, and lead negotiations to meet targets.
• Manage the Customer Lifecycle: Oversee accounts from initial engagement to long-term retention, including contract renewals.
• Provide Technical Expertise: Leverage knowledge of GIS concepts, geo-location solutions, and Google Maps licenses to support clients.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders and executives.
