The role emphasizes backlog ownership, data-driven decision making, and delivering high-quality, timely updates with a focus on user engagement and monetization opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience building a public-facing digital product.
• Experience managing a product backlog and delivering features with a team.
• Strong communication and collaboration across diverse teams.
• Ability to work well in a remote, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Director in identifying features and games that meet objectives.
• Prioritize and plan using processes, stakeholders, and roadmaps.
• Gather and analyze data from player behavior and surface new requirements.
• Collaborate with community management for surveys and interviews.
• Document product pitches to improve stickiness or purchase intent.
• Enable and drive LiveOps events and features.
• Manage the product backlog with an agile mindset.
• Collaborate across product, design, art, engineering and QA to deliver on time.
• Build healthy relationships and discuss differences respectfully.
• Strive for A/B testing and experiments where possible.
