Job summary

Sporty is seeking a Product Manager to define the digital roadmap for products used by millions of daily global users. You will collaborate with a remote-first team to set measurable goals and conduct generative research to build engaging products.

You will become an expert on your product and customer, ensuring backlog items are worth building. In this role you’ll oversee product strategy, partner with development teams, and lead planning to deliver high-impact releases.

Qualifications

• Experience making data-driven product decisions through user research and experimentation
• Strong ability to define and track OKRs or a similar goal-setting framework
• Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional planning in a fast-paced distributed environment
• Experience achieving product market fit for emerging markets

Responsibilities

• Aligning product development goals and initiatives to company OKRs
• Direct customer research and analysis to understand customer needs and build compelling business cases
• Define and communicate the product roadmap with clear vision and updates
• Collaborate with engineering and design to translate opportunities into measurable requirements
• Prioritize product backlog and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software
• Coordinate withDelivery Managers, Tech Leads, and other PMs to manage dependencies
• Develop go-to-market plans and support marketing messaging
