Capgemini is seeking a senior recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring for a US-based insurer client. You will lead the full-cycle process across multiple roles, collaborate with hiring managers, and build strong talent pipelines, ensuring high-quality candidate assessments and timely decisions.

You will utilize data-driven metrics to optimize recruiting workflows, improve processes, and elevate candidate experience while maintaining alignment with business needs and timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with hiring managers and teams.
• Experience recruiting for corporate, operations, or technology roles.
• Sourcing and talent mapping across multiple channels.
• Data-driven mindset with recruiting metrics and insights.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and business areas from intake to offer stage.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and profiles.
• Conduct candidate assessments focused on technical fit, soft skills, and long-term potential.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Manage stakeholder communication with clarity, urgency, and expectations.
