Job summary

Houst is seeking a French-speaking Guest Experience Executive to join our remote team in the Philippines. You will be the first contact for guests, handling inquiries, bookings and concierge tasks to ensure seamless stays.

The role requires fluent English and French, strong customer service, and experience with CRMs. This contractor position offers flexible hours and a fast-paced environment with weekends and holidays included.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and French (written and spoken).
• Strong customer service skills and confident phone manner.
• Excellent written communication and calm under pressure.
• Comfortable multitasking across systems and conversations.
• Confident using CRMs and digital tools.
• Solid problem solving skills, especially with frustrated guests.
• Experience in Airbnb or hospitality helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for guests before, during and after their stay.
• Respond to inbound messages and calls, resolve issues quickly and calmly.
• Manage reservations and bookings to keep operations running smoothly.
• Provide clear information about properties, house rules and processes.
• Collect and verify guest ID documents and submit details to regulatory systems.
• Ensure all pre-arrival information is complete before check-in.
• Carry out concierge outreach to improve the guest experience.
• Log all interactions accurately in our CRM.
