Expedock is seeking a Freight Data Validator with expertise in logistics and freight forwarding. In this role, you will manage rates and quotations, act as a liaison between the sales team and clients, and oversee contracts with carriers. Qualifications

• Experience working in freight forwarding, shipping line, or brokerage firms, either locally or internationally.
• Familiar with shipping documents: BOLs, AWBs, PKLs, invoices, etc.
• Ability to effectively communicate ideas clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entry of rates from carriers and suppliers.
• Prepare and manage complex quotations.
• Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients.

Skills

Freight forwarding experience

Communication skills in English (C1)

Detail-oriented

Data entry and validation experience

Familiarity with Transport Management Systems (TMS)

Education

Graduate of Customs Administration or similar

Licensed customs broker

Tools

Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
