Job summary

Sourcefit in the Philippines is seeking an experienced accounts receivable specialist to manage assigned franchise portfolios, support timely collections, and ensure accurate payment application for international and Canadian accounts.

You will respond to billing inquiries, research discrepancies, maintain aging records, and coordinate with senior staff to resolve issues, while working from home on a Monday–Friday schedule aligned to U.S. Eastern Time.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of accounts receivable or collections experience.
• Strong understanding of aging, collections, and payment processing.
• Proficient with Excel and financial ERP systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organization.
• Ability to listen to clients and resolve issues professionally.
• Experience with multi-property or franchise portfolios is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review aging and collect overdue receivables.
• Respond to billing and payment inquiries from owners and managers.
• Research discrepancies and adjust credits/debits.
• Maintain accurate collection records and next actions.
• Support payment plans and compliance tasks.
• Provide backup cash application support when needed.
• Coordinate resolution with senior team for escalations.
• Communicate status and updates to franchisees and internal teams.
