Sourcefit Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable specialist to manage AR for hotel properties, including guest and direct-bill ledgers, aging and collection activities.

You will reconcile between property management systems and payment platforms, support travel-agent commission processing, and collaborate with finance and operations on AR cleanup and disputes.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of accounts receivable experience.
• Strong Excel skills and data reconciliation ability.
• Experience with ERP or property accounting platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Review hotel guest ledgers and AR items to identify unresolved issues.
• Monitor aging, follow up on balances and resolve discrepancies.
• Process direct-billing requests and maintain proper approvals.
