Job summary

DBSync Inc is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) to bridge product teams and enterprise clients. In a hybrid role, you will design, deploy, and optimize AI-driven solutions, workflow automations, and SaaS integrations across customer environments to deliver measurable impact.

You will run discovery workshops, translate business requirements into technical workflows, write integration code, and support go‑live and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience shipping production integrations.
• 4–8 years in a customer-facing technical role where you personally wrote and owned the code.
• Strong coding ability in Python, Java, Go, or similar, building real integration logic.

Responsibilities

• Customer Discovery: conduct structured workshops with client stakeholders to capture workflows and desired outcomes.
• Solution Design: translate business requirements into technical workflows, automations, and integrations.
• Deployment Execution: configure, test, and deploy solutions, ensuring go-live and adoption.
• Workflow Automation: build automations using APIs, scripts, or low-code platforms.
• Technical Troubleshooting: diagnose integration issues and iterate based on feedback.
• Customer Advocacy: serve as the technical expert during onboarding and beyond.
