Job summary

Truelogic Software is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as the primary technical advisor for a strategic enterprise customer. You will lead Cloudflare implementations, design secure, scalable web infrastructure, and provide hands-on guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams, helping customers maximize Cloudflare's features, AI capabilities, and secure architectures in a fast-paced, Slack-first environment.

Qualifications

10+ years in technical consulting or similar client-facing role.
Strong Cloudflare knowledge including Application Security, Workers, and AI capabilities.
Hands-on Terraform and Infrastructure as Code experience.
Solid networking, web infrastructure, cybersecurity, and Zero Trust/SASE understanding.
Experience designing enterprise-scale cloud/security solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with enterprise customers in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture, implementation, and migration of Cloudflare-based solutions for enterprise customers.
Design secure, scalable web infrastructure using Cloudflare tools and AI capabilities.
Implement infrastructure using Terraform and IaC best practices.
Provide technical guidance through architecture decisions and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve complex challenges.
Engage with customers in Slack-first environments and provide timely solutions.
Drive adoption of AI-driven security and cloud-native technologies.
Identify opportunities to expand security capabilities with Network/SASE architectures.
