Job summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with clients, embedding technical solutions into their environments and bridging the gap between product and customer. You will tailor implementations to meet specific business challenges and contribute to successful deployments across client ecosystems.

You will customize solutions, deploy integrations, troubleshoot production systems, and relay client feedback to product and engineering teams.

• 3+ years in a client-facing engineering or solutions role.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new environments.

• Build integrations between the product and client systems


• Troubleshoot issues on-site (virtually or in person) and provide rapid fixes


• Gather client feedback and relay it to product and engineering teams


• Document deployment processes and best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing engineering or solutions role


• Strong software engineering fundamentals across at least one stack


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new environments


• Experience with APIs, integrations, and troubleshooting production systems

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in a startup or fast-paced client-deployment environment


• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices


• Willingness to travel or work flexible hours across time zones
