Hireframe is seeking a meticulous Survey Fielding & Quality Specialist to launch, monitor, and maintain the quality of online survey projects. You’ll ensure studies run smoothly from setup through balanced data delivery, with emphasis on accuracy and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in survey operations, data quality, market research, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and online survey platforms.
• Familiarity with sampling methods and APIs/integrations between survey platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure and launch online surveys, ensuring correct targeting, sampling, and logic before fielding begins
• Monitor live survey progress to ensure balanced sampling, consistent completion rates, and reliable responses
• Conduct quality assurance checks to identify irregularities such as incomplete responses, speeders, or demographic imbalances
• Collaborate with research, data, or engineering teams to troubleshoot fielding or platform issues
• Maintain detailed documentation of survey launches, checks, and resolutions
• Support process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency
