Job summary

TGM Research is hiring a Senior Survey Programmer to design, build, and deliver high-quality online questionnaires for clients worldwide. You will program, test, and troubleshoot surveys, working with the Client Service team to ensure a seamless experience across regions.

The role requires strong organization, time management, and proactive collaboration with colleagues. Night shifts to cover different time zones are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in market research, survey programming or web development or a related degree.

Responsibilities

• Program online questionnaires based on client/project manager input, including survey creation, filters, quotas, languages, export and reporting.
• Define survey programming details: plan, timeline, resources, and potential issues.
• Test surveys thoroughly and provide high-quality links to clients in coordination with project managers.
• Debug coding issues and fix bugs.
• Act as consultant with project managers and clients to optimize programming for respondents.
• Work night shifts to support projects across time zones (current needs: 8am-5pm UTC).
