Job summary

airhosted GmbH is seeking a Listing Optimization & Operations Specialist to join a remote-first team. You will optimize listings across Airbnb and other channels, ensure consistency, and maintain central content with meticulous discipline.

You will monitor performance metrics, correlate insights to optimization actions, and collaborate with our Revenue Strategist to drive ongoing listing improvements. EU-hours coordination is expected within a lean, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in listing optimization across multiple properties.
• Deep knowledge of Airbnb: algorithm, ranking factors and optimization levers.
• Experience with a channel manager and/or property management system in a multi-OTA environment.
• Comfortable using Airtable and Notion for workflow management.
• Process-driven with audits, content updates, and platform sync experience.
• Structured and able to manage workload across properties.

Responsibilities

• Optimize listings to maintain top performance across platforms (titles, descriptions, photo order, amenity tags).
• Propagate listing updates across all OTAs and update Airtable/Notion without gaps.
• Ensure content across platforms matches the central store with precision.
• Monitor analytics (conversion, CTR, search ranking) and identify drivers of performance.
