Responsibilities

• Input and process vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Verify and match invoices against approvals and supporting docs.
• Liaise with internal teams for approvals and clarifications.
• Liaise with vendors on invoice queries and payment status.
• Process weekly bill payments (ACH, BACS, SEPA, wire, cheque).
• Perform bank reconciliations and AP sub-ledger reconciliations.
• Support month-end close activities and AP accruals.
• Assist with multi-currency/multi-entity invoice processing.
