You will act as the main point of contact for FX clients, ensuring operational readiness and troubleshooting issues. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in product operations and be fluent in both English and Spanish. Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of experience in Product Ops, Fintech Support, or FX Operations.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Comfortable with back-end systems to troubleshoot client issues.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end operational readiness for FX clients.
• Investigate and solve account errors or product glitches.
• Manage high volumes of incoming requests from the FX team and clients.
