Q2 HR Solutions is seeking an FX Trade Operations Specialist for a 12-month contract in the Philippines. You will join a high-performing FX Operations team handling end-to-end FX trade support, settlement, and controls in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes reconciliation, breaks investigation, and close collaboration with Trading, Treasury, Risk, and Ops teams. Strong attention to detail and experience with FX products are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in Middle Office / Back Office / Trade Operations in a financial institution.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet daily cut-offs.
• Clear, professional written and spoken communication with counterparties/banks.
• Experience with reconciliations, breaks investigation, and end-to-end settlement.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile FX trades against counterparty confirmations, investigate breaks, and resolve timely.
• Agree daily netted settlements for FX Spot and weekly forwards rollovers with accurate instructions.
• Monitor FX settlements during rollover periods and engage banks to resolve issues quickly.
• Perform FX settlement reconciliation and manage settlement breaks end-to-end.
