Job summary

Turnitin is seeking a Creative Designer to join our Global Creative Services team. You will translate briefs into on-brand campaigns across media and collaborate with Designers & Copywriters to position products visually.

You will design multilingual assets, ensure brand guidelines, and contribute to campaigns, ebooks, banners, and motion graphics while maintaining pixel-perfect quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably at a digital agency or in-house team.
• Strong ability to organise and manage own workload, interpret briefs, and communicate with internal clients and stakeholders.
• Experienced in designing for multilingual campaigns.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; Premier/After Effects a plus).
• Good knowledge of Google Workspace (Slides and Docs).
• Experience with motion graphics is desirable but not essential.
• Experience with CapCut and Canva is a plus.
• Degree in digital design or graphic design or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Creative Design Manager and Global Marketing to deliver ideas for campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts and designs for digital banners, web, social, print and video.
• Design multilingual campaign assets.
• Ensure all design work follows corporate guidelines.
• Create icons, infographics, ebooks and photo retouching.
• Export assets for web, product images, social posts.
• Design animation for social and video.
• Present ideas to customers and explain the rationale.
• Manage projects to hit deadlines and SLA targets.
• Maintain pixel-perfect accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned.
