Job summary

Alexander Lyons Solutions is seeking a senior Financial Controller for a Nordic‑owned technology group operating across Norway, the Netherlands, Singapore, Denmark and the UAE. You will own consolidation, close, audit and statutory reporting for the group in a remote setting.

Bring 5–8+ years PQE as a qualified accountant (CPA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with multi‑entity, multi‑currency experience, strong IFRS knowledge and a proven track record of end‑to‑end month‑end close and external audits.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 5–8+ years PQE in a controller/group accountant ownership role.
• Hands-on experience building or running multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation.
• Strong IFRS command; personally owned a month-end close.
• Big Four (or equivalent) experience would be beneficial.
• Advanced knowledge of multi-entity consolidation and intercompany adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation (NOK/USD) and intercompany eliminations.
• Manage month-end/year-end close and balance sheet integrity; revenue recognition for a subscription software business.
• Coordinate external audits and statutory filings across Norway, Netherlands and Singapore.
• Deliver management reporting, budgeting/reforecasting, SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR/GRR) and cash flow reporting.
