Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking an Accountant in Metro Manila who can manage accounting data with accuracy and discretion. The role requires 2–3 years of related experience, strong knowledge of bookkeeping, and a CA/CPA qualification.

You will work with MS Excel, Xero, and MS Word to maintain records, perform reconciliations, and support audits. Responsibilities include data gathering, internal audits, trend analysis for strategic decisions, EOFY prep for external accountants, and ensuring data integrity

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of accounting or related experience.
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping procedures.
• Familiar with accounting regulations and standards.
• Excellent math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle confidential information.
• CA/CPA credential required.

Responsibilities

• Gather and monitor financial data for accuracy.
• Organise internal audits and verify sales/purchasing invoices.
• Analyze financial trends to support strategic decisions.
• Prepare EOFY recommendations for external tax accountant.
• Ensure integrity of accounting data across P&L and balance sheet.
• Record and reconcile assets, liabilities, revenue, and expenses.
