Ramp Remote (formerly Amped HQ) is seeking a finance-savvy Customer Support Specialist for a hybrid role that blends customer support, product representation, and light marketing tasks. The candidate should have an accounting background and be comfortable with demos, onboarding, and cross-functional work.

You will provide product demos, handle inquiries via chat and Loom videos, assist users with onboarding, and help build support processes and templated marketing activities.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in customer support or product support with financial software.
• Strong communication and accounting knowledge.
• Experience presenting product demos and onboarding customers.
• Hands-on experience with Xero and QuickBooks.
• Ability to create scalable support processes.

Aufgaben

• Present product demo calls for prospective or onboarding clients.
• Handle inbound customer and stakeholder inquiries via email, chat, and video calls.
• Troubleshoot product-related issues with a focus on accounting and financial accuracy.
• Guide users through reports and product features, helping them maximize platform value.
• Relay customer feedback to internal teams for product improvement.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of support documentation.
• Help build the operating procedures for the Customer Support department.
• Execute basic marketing activities and create marketing videos using templates.
• Manage day-to-day social media engagement and channel interactions.
