Ramp Remote seeks a finance-savvy Customer Support Specialist to join a hybrid role blending customer support, product representation, and light marketing support. You will demo the platform, handle inquiries, onboard users, and help build the Customer Support function with scalable processes.

You’ll also assist with navigation, reporting, and templated social media tasks, leveraging your accounting background and tools like Xero and QuickBooks.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in customer support or product support with financial software
• Ability to explain technical/financial concepts clearly via video or chat
• Hands-on accounting experience and solid reporting knowledge

• Present product demos to prospective/onboarding clients
• Handle inbound inquiries via email, chat, and video calls
• Troubleshoot product issues with focus on accounting accuracy
• Guide users through reports and features to maximize platform value
• Contribute to support docs and operating procedures
