Job summary

Core-VA Solutions in Texas-based healthcare staffing seeks a Finance & Operations Specialist who can work across finance, HR, and operations from a remote setup. You’ll help keep financials accurate, support people and HR processes, coordinate projects, and enhance systems and workflows.

You’ll manage QuickBooks Online records, prepare reports, support budgets and HR processes, and drive improvements using Microsoft 365, Excel, Power Automate, Asana, QuickBooks, SharePoint, and Teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, HR, or operations.
• Strong QuickBooks Online and Excel skills with financial reporting.
• Experience with AP/AR, reconciliations, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Knowledge of HR processes including recruitment and onboarding.
• Excellent project coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify gaps and implement SOPs and workflows.
• Comfort with learning new tools and working independently.
• Discretion handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage QuickBooks Online records across multiple entities.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Support budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate HR processes like recruitment and payroll.
