Job summary

Core-VA Solutions, a Texas-based healthcare staffing company, seeks a Finance & Operations Specialist who can confidently work across finance, HR, operations, projects, and executive-level support. This role goes beyond bookkeeping, helping keep financials accurate and streamlining HR and processes.

You will manage QuickBooks Online, generate key reports, support budgets, coordinate projects, and improve workflows using Microsoft 365, Excel, and Asana. 100% remote, PTO, U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, HR, or operations.
• Strong QuickBooks Online and Excel skills with reporting experience.
• Experience with AP/AR, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and HR administration.
• Ability to identify process gaps and implement SOPs and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage QuickBooks Online records across entities including AP/AR.
• Prepare P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and variance analyses.
• Support budgets, forecasts, and budget-to-actual analysis.
• Coordinate projects, deadlines, and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Develop workflows, dashboards, and automation to improve processes.
