Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Finance Assistant to own the weekly billing cycle for Platform Services invoices. You will pull data from multiple systems, build clean spreadsheets, and ensure invoices align with contract terms before sending to customers.

This remote role requires a sharp eye for numbers, high-volume processing, and the ability to liaise with internal teams and customers to resolve billing queries, working UK hours (8:15–17:15).

Qualifications

• Experience creating invoices or other customer‑facing financial documents.
• Understanding of a P&L and how billing feeds into it.
• Ability to work with high volumes of data from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed invoices for Platform Services customers with supporting docs.
• Pull billing and cost data from multiple systems and consolidate weekly.
• Check billing files for formula accuracy and contract alignment before approval.
• Submit billing files and invoices for internal approval and issue to customers.
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders on invoice calculations and terms.
