Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Finance Assistant to own the weekly billing cycle for Platform Services. You will pull data from multiple systems, build it into clean spreadsheets, and ensure invoices align with contractual terms before sending to customers.

This remote role requires a sharp eye for numbers, high accuracy, and the ability to work UK hours (8:15–17:15). You will collaborate with operations and account managers to resolve billing queries and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Experience creating invoices and other customer-facing financial documents.
• Ability to work with high volumes of data from multiple systems.
• Understanding of a P&L and how billing feeds into it.
• Fluent English, business-standard.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed invoices for Platform Services customers with supporting docs.
• Pull billing data from multiple systems and consolidate into a clear format.
• Check invoices for formula accuracy and contract alignment.
• Submit billing files for internal approval and issue invoices to customers.
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders on billing queries and terms.
