Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking a Philippines-based Accounts Payable Officer to manage day-to-day payables, expense tracking and bookkeeping for an Australian client. The role is remote and engaged as an independent contractor, with reporting to the Head of Finance and collaboration aligned to AU business hours.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in accounts payable or bookkeeping, familiarity with MYOB or similar software, and strong attention to detail with excellent written and spoken English.

• 2+ years' experience in accounts payable or bookkeeping.
• Proficient in using MYOB or similar accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Handle day-to-day accounts payable and expense tracking.
• Maintain accurate records and report financial data to Head of Finance.
• Communicate with suppliers and resolve invoicing/payment queries.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and bookkeeping in line with policies.
