Job summary

TWZ Systems Inc. is seeking a hands-on Deployment Team Lead to oversee deployment operations and field teams in the Visayas region. Initial training will occur in Pasig City before deployment to Cebu.

Lead a 4-person team, manage on-site execution, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and streamline permitting processes to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Proven background in technical deployments, site management, or related leadership roles.
• Demonstrated capability in handling permits, documentation, and coordination workflows.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Willingness to travel for fieldwork.
• Willing to complete initial training in Pasig City before taking on a permanent placement based in Cebu City.
