Job summary

DCX PH Inc. is hiring a Home‑Based Warehousing Clerk to support a US client from the Philippines. This full-time role involves managing FF&E receiving, inventory, and related documentation while ensuring accuracy and adherence to project schedules.

You will work in a remote setup with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and collaboration with team members. The position requires a college degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration or related field, plus 1–3 years in

Qualifications

• College degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years in Customer Service, Data Entry, Administrative roles.
• Strong English communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage FF&E receiving against purchase orders, packing lists, and project documents.
• Handle FF&E for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and document issues promptly for follow-up.
• Maintain accurate inventory by project, including item location, quantities received, damaged items, and remaining stock.
• Label and organize FF&E to minimize damage and ease retrieval.
• Coordinate FF&E according to project schedules and installation requirements.
• Create invoices and maintain receiving records and supporting documentation.
