You will own paid advertising campaigns end-to-end, collaborating with the client and AI tools to maximise booked jobs. This role is 100% remote and independent contractor based.

The role focuses on running Google Ads and Meta Ads, optimizing for cost per lead and conversion rate, and supporting broader marketing tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for local services or trades.
• Strong understanding of performance tracking, conversion metrics, and campaign optimisation.
• Clear, confident English communication for reporting and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise cost per lead and conversion rate.
• Manage and improve Google Business Profile and local SEO presence.
• Track and report on key marketing metrics with monthly summaries.
• Coordinate landing pages and website updates to support campaigns.
• Support social media content planning and posting.
• Work with AI tools (Claude GPT and Campaign Brain) for campaign creation.
• Assist with general marketing administration and ad-hoc projects.
