Job summary

OptiNizers is seeking a senior role to serve as the Remote Executive Operations Manager & Strategic Projects Director. You will support leadership, oversee complex programs, and coordinate initiatives across legal, nonprofit, and advocacy work with an emphasis on systems, governance, and efficiency.

This position requires proactive problem-solving, exceptional organization, and the ability to manage priorities independently while maintaining executive presence.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience in senior operations or Chief of Staff-type roles.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and events.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong executive presence and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level operational support to leadership across legal, nonprofit, and advocacy initiatives.
• Protect executive time via calendar, priorities, and workflow management; draft communications and briefings.
• Lead planning and execution of conferences, board meetings, and strategic initiatives; manage budgets and timelines.
• Build systems, dashboards, SOPs, and reporting structures; track metrics and organizational performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with internal and external stakeholders and manage high-level vendor relationships.
