Job summary
Twoconnect is seeking a Remote Technical Support specialist to assist customers with EV charging stations. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, guide installation and maintenance, and coordinate with engineering for complex problems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related technical field preferred.
- Prior experience in technical support or customer service.
- Knowledge of EV charging infrastructure, power systems, or renewable energy is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues with EV chargers and networks.
- Guide customers through installation, setup, and maintenance procedures.
- Escalate complex issues to engineering or field service teams as needed.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues proactively.
- Document customer interactions and troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system.
- Assist in firmware updates, system integrations, and remote diagnostics.
- Provide technical training to customers and internal teams.
