• Estimating & Pricing: Prepare detailed cost estimates for tenders, proposals, and variations.
• Tender Support: Assist in preparing and submitting tenders and ensure timely completion.
• Variations & Costing Support: Price variations and assist with cost planning during delivery.
• Data / Systems: Maintain estimating databases, input cost data, and keep records up to date.
• Admin & Support: Prepare take-offs, templates, CRM updates, and pipeline tracking.
• Reporting: Prepare estimating reports and cost comparisons; support sales pipeline reporting.
• Efficiency: Use AI/tools to speed up estimating and follow SOPs.
