Speakto.Inc. (Brand:ET-Phone) is seeking a Home-Based Online ESL Teacher to join a growing team of native teachers. The role involves delivering online English classes to Korean students, with a focus on punctuality, passion for teaching, and reliable internet and hardware.

The position offers full-time employment, competitive monthly pay (Php 22,000–32,000) and various incentives, including training, holiday pay, and the potential for long-term rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree holder in an educational field
• Excellent command of the English language
• Passionate, enthusiastic and motivated to deliver good results
• Minimum of 6 months ESL teaching experience (a plus)
• Has a passion for teaching with a positive work attitude
• Near-native English communication skills (oral and written)
• Availability at peak hours (2 pm to 11 pm in PHT) or AM tutors
• Excellent work ethic (Punctuality)

Responsibilities

• Provide online ESL classes to Korean students via Boda app (video class) or X-lite (phone call class)
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of the student
• Tutor should have strong responsibility over students and classes with passion and drive to develop English skills
