Job summary

Speakto.Inc. (Brand: ET-Phone) is hiring full-time, home-based online ESL teachers to teach Korean students via Boda app or X-lite.

The role requires a degree in education, near-native English, and at least 6 months ESL experience, with a positive, enthusiastic attitude and reliable punctuality. Compensation includes a PHP 22,000–32,000 monthly package, with incentives like paid training, night shifts, holiday pay, and a 13th-month bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree holder in an educational field.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Near-native English communication skills (oral and written).
• Minimum of 6 months ESL teaching experience.
• Passionate, enthusiastic and motivated to deliver good results.
• Availability for peak hours (2 PM–11 PM PHT).
• Strong work ethic and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Provide online ESL classes (10/20/30/40 minutes) to Korean students via Boda app or X-lite.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress with dedication.
• Maintain a strong responsibility over each class and student.
