Job summary

Speakto.Inc. (Brand: ET-Phone) is seeking dedicated Home-Based Online ESL Teachers to join a growing team. You will deliver online English lessons to Korean students through Boda or X-lite, maintain student progress, and bring passion and reliability to remote teaching.

A degree in Education and ESL experience are preferred. The role offers full-time hours with a compensation package of Php 22,000 to Php 32,000 per month, plus incentives such as paid training and 13th month pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Excellent command of English (speaking and writing).
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated to deliver good results.
• 6 months ESL teaching experience preferred.
• Near-native English communication skills (oral and written).
• Availability for peak hours (2 PM – 11 PM PHT) and AM shifts preferred.
• Strong work ethic and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver online ESL classes to Korean students via video (Boda) or phone (X-lite).
• Provide 10/20/30/40 minute lessons with focus on student progress.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress and adapt instruction.
