Job summary

GoTeam is seeking an ERP & EDI Support Analyst to be the first technical contact for Acumatica ERP, EDI processes, and related business apps across a multi-entity setup. You triage issues, perform health checks, and escalate to senior engineers while documenting solutions for repeatability, within a fast-moving manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting ERP, EDI, or enterprise business applications at a structured support level.
• Working knowledge of core ERP business processes — sales orders, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, shipping, and invoicing.
• Experience providing Level 1 or Level 2 application support with ticketing systems and escalation workflows.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to isolate issues using established procedures.
• Strong technical documentation habits — able to convert a resolved issue into a clear, repeatable runbook entry.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors — opening support cases, gathering diagnostic information, and following issues to resolution.
• Availability to work night shift: 8:00 PM–5:00 AM, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• ERP support and administration: triage Level 1 Acumatica issues and escalate complex cases with full context.
• EDI and application operations: provide first-line support for EDI processes and coordinate with vendors.
• Monitoring, controls, and testing: run scheduled health checks and assist with access reviews and test cycles.
• Knowledge management and continuous improvement: document resolutions and expand Level 1 coverage over time.
