Qualifications

• Exceptional analytical ability to translate data into growth strategies.
• Proven track record in defining strategies and driving revenue growth.
• Strong cross-functional management and stakeholder alignment.
• 3–5 years in enterprise segment management or commercial strategy, fintech preferred.
• Experience in B2B2C environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise segmentation frameworks and growth-oriented targeting.
• Translate segment strategies into actionable inputs for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Risk, Product and Operations.
• Establish and track metrics including loan book growth and total revenue contribution.
• Consolidate insights into scalable playbooks for knowledge sharing and improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across priority enterprise segments.
