Job summary

SAVii, recently acquired by GoTyme Bank, is a remote-first fintech workplace in the Philippines focused on 360-degree salary-linked wellness services for employees. The role centers on managing and expanding SAVii’s B2B client base, building strong executive relationships, and driving adoption of SAVii and Gotyme payroll services.

You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Relationships teams to craft proposals, renew contracts, and forecast growth while ensuring client

Qualifications

• Experience driving and converting enterprise-level sales opportunities.
• Minimum 1 year of account management or client-facing roles (project management, implementation, operations, or product management).
• Sales executive or client relationship manager experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within targeted accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow SAVii’s B2B accounts, focusing on upselling and cross-selling with Gotyme payroll services.
• Handle contract renewals to ensure continuity and portfolio growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and other stakeholders to structure proposals and close expansion deals.
• Work with Relationship Managers to design strategic account approaches that maximize business opportunities.
• Forecast account growth and meet portfolio revenue and uptake targets.
• Monitor client satisfaction and address questions or risks to retention and stability.
• Keep CRM and tools updated with stakeholder maps and engagement records.
