SAVii, backed by GoTyme Bank, seeks a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive enterprise growth in the Philippines. You will craft sales strategies, coach Account Executives, and own negotiations with HR VPs, CFOs, and C-level leaders.

As a remote-first organization, you will collaborate across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to accelerate deals, shorten sales cycles, and sustain long-term client relationships while upholding top standards of service and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B/Enterprise sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience managing or mentoring a sales team.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence executives.
• Hands-on leader who actively drives deals and leads by example.
• Proficient in CRM management and using data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to hit revenue targets.
• Coach and motivate a team of Account Executives; manage pipeline and forecast.
• Lead high-value negotiations with HR VPs, CFOs, and C-level executives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs.
