Magic, Inc. is seeking a freelance, remote Customer Success Manager to own 40-50 enterprise accounts. This role focuses on proactive relationship management, renewals, adoption, and growth, not ticket resolution.

Ideal candidates will have SaaS experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with spreadsheets to track usage and renewals. The position is fully remote with a $7/hour compensation structure and a 40-hour work week aligned to Eastern Time.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Background in SaaS or software companies, with the ability to understand the platform and client use cases.
• Prior experience specifically in Customer Success (relationship management, renewals, adoption, growth).
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) for tracking accounts, usage, and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships across 40-50 enterprise and mid-market accounts.
• Conduct regular client check-ins and monitor product usage and adoption.
• Follow up with clients to maintain engagement and momentum.
• Track renewal timelines and manage the renewal process.
• Identify upsell opportunities within existing client base and report on expansion pipeline.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets covering account status, usage, renewals, and outreach cadence.
