Proactis Philippines is seeking a Technical Lead Manager to own the technical and people leadership of a cross-functional squad spanning RTB support and CTB delivery. You will set and enforce technical standards, foster an accountable engineering culture, and be the primary contact between your squad and the Head of Application Development.

Your success is measured by the squad's honest delivery and the growth of its people, not just individual output.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading software engineering teams in a .NET/C# and Azure DevOps environment.
• Strong hands-on development experience with C#, Azure, CI/CD, testing, and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience managing delivery, stakeholders, production systems, and technical escalations.
• Excellent people leadership, coaching, communication, and performance management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sprint planning, delivery execution, and workload management to ensure commitments are met.
• Manage team capacity, performance, attendance, and resource planning to maintain consistent RTB and CTB delivery.
• Drive engineering best practices, including C#/.NET development, TDD, CI/CD, code quality, security, and DevOps.
• Provide technical leadership for architecture, complex problem-solving, production support, and incident management.
• Coach, mentor, and develop engineers through performance management, career development, and knowledge sharing.
• Own stakeholder communications, reporting, risk management, and escalation activities.
• Ensure production systems, deployments, documentation, and operational processes are well-managed and continuously improved.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and team capability-building initiatives.
