Job summary

Arcanys seeks an Employee Engagement & Culture Specialist to lead end-to-end engagement initiatives for a distributed team. The role emphasizes remote-first programs, structured digital systems, and cross-functional collaboration to keep staff connected.

You will manage logistics, sourcing, and supplier relations, while advancing a proactive engagement roadmap. A strong communicator with detail orientation will thrive in this hybrid, on-site framework supporting event execution and planning.

Qualifications

• Experience leading remote employee engagement initiatives and culture programs.
• Strong skills in data management, documentation, and transparent communication.
• Ability to design and execute engagement activities for a distributed workforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics for engagement initiatives from planning to execution.
• Build and maintain supplier networks; negotiate and manage relationships.
• Develop and manage a long-term engagement roadmap (events planned 6+ months ahead).
• Design activities for a remote-first, distributed team to sustain high engagement.
• Coordinate pricing, payments, schedules, and vendor contacts for smooth execution.
• Present refined concepts and supplier comparisons to internal teams for feedback.
