Job summary

Prime System Solutions in the Philippines is seeking an experienced L2 Endpoint Systems Engineer to support patching operations and endpoint management. You will work with Kaseya VSA, Microsoft Intune, Datto RMM, and Liongard to keep endpoints secure and compliant.

This hands-on, ticket-driven role operates in a MSP or enterprise setting, focusing on patch deployment, automation with PowerShell, incident handling via ConnectWise, and maintaining asset data.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in endpoint management or desktop support.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint patching and updates.
• Experience with RMM/MDM tools such as Kaseya VSA, Intune, or Datto RMM.
• Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar ITSM ticketing platforms.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and strong troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Patch and maintain client systems using Kaseya VSA and Intune.
• Deploy OS and app patches; generate patch compliance reports.
• Automate endpoint tasks with PowerShell; resolve recurring issues.
• Handle incidents and requests via ConnectWise in a ticket-driven environment.
• Maintain accurate endpoint documentation and Liongard asset data.
