Job summary

Nexus Recruitment Group in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer Level III focused on endpoint management to oversee deployment, configuration, security, and lifecycle support of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices across the enterprise. The role drives standardized, secure experiences and automation in a shared services IT environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years in systems administration or engineering with endpoint management focus.
• Hands-on with Intune, SCCM or equivalent MDM tools.
• Strong scripting for automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Experience with Windows/macOS and basic MDM concepts.
• Knowledge of AD, Group Policy, security policies, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of endpoint management platforms.
• Manage policies for deployment, imaging, configuration, patching, and compliance.
• Automate provisioning, updates, and maintenance tasks via scripting.
• Implement endpoint security standards including encryption, antivirus, firewall.
• Collaborate with security and infra teams to enforce baselines and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor device health and usage analytics; improve user experience.
• Serve as SME in device lifecycle management and desktop support tech.
• Document configurations and SOPs; support knowledge transfer.
