Job summary

INTEC Energy Solutions is seeking a Procurement Engineer – HV/MV Electrical based in Makati City, Philippines. You will support procurement delivery aligned with project schedules and technical requirements, engaging suppliers for HV/MV equipment and preparing RFQs for electrical packages.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in procurement, knowledge of SCADA/industrial control systems, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Business or related field.
3+ years’ experience in a procurement or supply chain role, ideally in construction or renewable energy.
Experience issuing and managing RFQs, purchase orders, and basic supplier agreements.
Understanding of procurement documentation and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

Procurement Support: assist delivery in line with project schedules and technical requirements.
Identify and engage suppliers for HV/MV equipment (transformers, switchgear, cables, protection systems).
Prepare RFQs and tender packages for electrical equipment and services.
Conduct bid evaluations against project specifications and provide supplier recommendations.
Support issuance and tracking of purchase orders and monitor supplier progress.
