AdminEdge is seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Estimator to support a U.S.-based contractor from the Philippines. The role focuses on general electrical estimating for commercial and residential projects, with EV charger estimates as a secondary task.

It starts at 20 hours per week with potential to grow to full-time based on workload and performance. Candidates should have at least 3 years of hands-on NEC-based estimating experience for U.S.-based contractors, ability to manage 15–20 bids

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on electrical estimating for U.S.-based contractors.
• Experience estimating commercial and residential projects.
• Strong working knowledge of the NEC.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, plans, specs, and scopes of work.
• Experience managing multiple live bids with accuracy.
• Familiarity with estimating software platforms and Google Workspace.

Responsabilités

• Review bid requests, drawings, specs, and scopes to prepare estimates.
• Produce estimates for commercial and residential projects.
• Manage 15–20 active bids while maintaining accuracy and deadlines.
• Identify scope gaps, exclusions, and risks before bids are submitted.
• Apply NEC rules and Chicago-onboarding requirements during estimates.
• Document assumptions and exclusions for internal review.
• Develop and standardize the estimating process and workflows.
