Job summary

Triwill Group is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to drive revenue and catalog integrity across Amazon and Walmart from a remote Philippines-based role. You will oversee promotions, monitor listings, and lead end-to-end FBA/WFS inventory reconciliations while handling Seller Support tickets to resolution.

The role requires 3–5 years of direct Amazon experience, Walmart familiarity, strong Excel skills, and a focus on data-driven improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Direct experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.
• Experience managing Walmart Marketplace accounts is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Pricing, promotions, and campaign management across Amazon and Walmart.
• End-to-end inventory reconciliations and seller support case handling.
• Weekly data analytics to identify sales trends and optimizations.
• Monitor catalog integrity, ratings, reviews, and policy compliance.
• Support account health and troubleshooting of listings and issues.
