Job summary

Adaptive Teams is seeking an analytical e-commerce specialist to own sales reporting and product listing management across multiple channels. The role is fully remote from the Philippines, with duties spanning 1P, 3P, social commerce, and DTC platforms.

You will analyze sales performance, track channel metrics, and coordinate with sales, marketing, creative, and operations to ensure listings stay accurate and optimized. Strong data skills and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing e-commerce marketplaces or retailer portals.
• Strong sales reporting and data-analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
• Understanding of 1P, 3P, social commerce, and DTC models.
• Experience with major retail marketplaces and product listing management.
• Ability to turn raw sales data into actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail when working with large catalogs.
• Experience with BI/ERP/reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance and prepare regular sales reports and dashboards.
• Track revenue, units, trends, product performance, and channel performance.
• Manage and optimize product listings across Walmart, Target, JCPenney, Kohl's, TikTok Shop, Meta, Google, DTC, and other e-commerce accounts.
• Maintain accurate product titles, descriptions, images, attributes, pricing, and other listing content.
• Support both 1P and 3P marketplace operations.
• Identify listing errors, suppressed products, missing content, and other issues impacting sales.
• Monitor performance and highlight opportunities, risks, and trends.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, creative, and operations teams to keep product information accurate and current.
